SPINACH (SPINACIA OLERACEA)

From the spinach family; It is grown as a winter vegetable, and contains green plants, vitamins A, C, E and B, as well as iron, magnesium, phosphorus and iodine minerals, which we often see in street markets. It removes anemia and developmental disorders. The diversity of consuming this wonderful food, which is easy to digest, is particularly limited in our patients, especially when dealing with excess weight, while diabetes is added to high blood pressure elderly patients with cholesterol problems. We can crown our roasted spinach with a little olive oil onion and garlic with light salt and red pepper and consume it with garlic yogurt.
